Most recently, he was the Founder and the President of WEBE Worldwide, a global operator, developer, and distributor of sports betting, social, casino, and lottery products for the regulated gaming industry. With offices in US and China, WEBE specialized in operating land based, mobile, and online sportsbooks as well as developing new and innovative gaming content and convenience betting platforms. As President, John's duties were to lead the company's growth, innovations, and maintenance while WEBE sought to revolutionize industry standards.

Mr. Saylor is a CPA and spent over six years with the public accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath working predominantly in the gaming industry.

Starting as a bellman, he has devoted his entire career to the hospitality and gaming field. He quickly ascended to leadership roles in both operations and corporate management. He has worked for global brands including Hilton and Hyatt. In the corporate realm, he has extensive analytics experience generating strategic data-driven insights and working in a variety of gaming markets. Today, he is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at the Center for Gambling Studies, a part of the Rutgers University School of Social Work. Dr. Cho earned his PhD from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where prior to that, he also earned an MBA and an MS in Hospitality. He has presented his research in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, and throughout the United States. Originally from Hawaii, Dr. Cho earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
