Brent L. Ryman was born in Bowling Green, Ohio, in 1978. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with University Honors (summa cum laude), receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and English. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School in 2003, where he served as Citations Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Mr. Ryman was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2003 and the State Bar of California in 2004 where he practices before all State and Federal District Courts.

Roger L. Erickson was born in Battle Lake, Minnesota, on November 4, 1933. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1960 and a law degree, also from the University of Washington, in 1962. Mr. Erickson was a law clerk for the Nevada Supreme Court (1962-63).
Mr. Erickson was admitted to the State Bar of Washington in 1962 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1963. Mr. Erickson was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the Washoe County and Washington State Bar Associations and the State Bar of Nevada.
Tom Beko was born in Tonopah, Nevada, on September 7, 1960. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno (B.A., 1982). He graduated from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (J.D., with distinction, 1986), where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Traynor Honor Society. He was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. He has been in private practice with Erickson, Thorpe & Swainston since 1986.

Mr. Beko is admitted to practice in the state courts of Nevada and California and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
