As a Bicycle Users Group, we also raise awareness of the benefits of cycling and support local, state and national strategies. We work with our local government to improve cycling conditions in our community; if we can make it safer for cyclists on the road then more people will ride mode often... It doesn't matter what sort of bike you ride or whether you wear lycra or not, there is a ride group for you. We will help you with rides and routes that will increase your confidence, fitness and skills. Each group has a leader and a sweep, ensuring that nobody gets left behind... To promote the enjoyment of cycling across our community, encouraging positive attitudes and a healthy and safe approach for cyclists of all ages and all abilities.
