Fainer Consulting is owned and run by Lea Fainer. After graduating from the University of California in Santa Barbara, Lea began her professional career working for several state and county environmental and agricultural regulatory agencies. While in government service, she was continually praised for her high productivity, thorough reporting, professionalism, and her ability to effectively engage and assist the regulated community with compliance. In 2007, Lea took a position as ABC/TTB Licensing Specialist for a highly-respected alcoholic beverage compliance company. Managing high volumes of licensing projects required strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Lea successfully guided many businesses with licensing strategies, submissions, and project consulting.
