In my time working with Lauren, she drove the UX, branding and visual designs of notably PayPal as well as our DEI initiative, which was a focus area of growth within the company. Lauren was my design partner in these initiatives. She worked with my engineering teams to make sure they understood the vision she was able to craft, and adjusted her concepts to fit the strengths of the teams that would make her designs come to life.
