Christian Förschler

After completing his bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering at KIT in Karlsruhe, Christian Förschler worked as a construction and project manager at Ed. Züblin AG from 2017 to 2021. He then assumed the role of Head of the Construction and Real Estate Department at the Evangelical Church in Mannheim for nearly two years, overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio of approximately 150 properties with a team of 20 employees. Since 2023, he has held a key position within the FC Group, focusing on property monitoring. In addition to his role in FC property monitoring, he provides support to other FC GmbHs such as FC Project Management and FC General Planning in their respective projects, leveraging his expertise as a versatile generalist. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is currently undergoing training to become an expert in building damage assessment at the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects.

Christian Lorenz

Christian Lorenz was born in Leonberg on March 18, 1980. After training as a central heating and ventilation engineer, he supplemented his specialist knowledge with training as a state-certified technician for building and systems technology, rounding off his knowledge of the integral approach to building technology planning. Mr. Lorenz joined the Heidelberg branch in 2005, where he gained his first experience as a project manager. Until 2010, he mainly looked after customers from the research sector, such as the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) Heidelberg. In addition to a wide variety of laboratory buildings, such as NMR, ELMI and plant laboratories, he also designed the new central computer center. Energy aspects were always at the forefront here. In 2010, Mr. Lorenz moved to the then Ettlingen branch and at the same time to the management. His experience in the project business at fc.ingenieure shaped his innovative approach to building technology.

Jonathan Bauer

Jonathan Bauer was born in Pforzheim on July 22, 1996. After his voluntary social year in Toronto, Canada, he studied mechanical engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from 2016. Early on in his studies, he began designing medical devices and developing the associated software as part of research projects. This first contact with digital technologies shaped his future career. Initially, he focused on the software development of various web and smartphone applications for Porsche AG, among others. In the context of scientific publications, he devoted himself to the question of how data can benefit requirements management in product development. After completing his studies, he initially worked on the transformation of the FC Group's HR department. The experience gained in these projects inspired the founding of an innovative consulting firm for digital transformation.

Kreuz, Elisabeth

Elisabeth Kreuz was born on 06.03.1980 in VS-Schwenningen. After graduating from high school, she studied architecture at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, graduating as a graduate engineer (FH) in 2004. She has been working as a project manager in the healthcare sector since 2005. In 2007, she moved to PEG Planungsgesellschaft für Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens mbH, where she expanded her focus to include project management for highly installed buildings in the fields of healthcare, research and teaching. There, Ms. Kreuz was head of the medical and laboratory technology planning department from 2014 to 2021. On 01.01.2022, PEG Planungsgesellschaft für Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens mbH joined the FC Group after decades of recurring cooperation. In this context, Ms. Kreuz was appointed authorized signatory of FC-LifeScience. Since 2024, she has been managing the company together with Mr. Maderer. Ms. Kreuz is registered as an architect with the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects (membership number 082152).

Michael Hoffmann

Michael Hoffmann was born in Karlsruhe on November 2, 1971. After his traineeship as an energy electronics technician, he completed a voluntary social year at a mission station in Arusha/Tanzania in 1991. As part of this commitment, he accompanied the installation of a photovoltaic system and a wind generator in addition to the social services. This first contact with "renewable energies" shaped his future career. After this activity, he worked at ROM as a commissioning technician. A scholarship enabled him to study for a degree in systems engineering at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. After completing his studies, he worked for Kieback & Peter, Berlin, on the commissioning of the Reichstag building. The experience gained in this project inspired the founding of an innovative engineering office for all aspects of technical building equipment and sustainable energy concepts.

Mr. Mack

Mr. Mack, born in Karlsruhe in 1988, completed his civil engineering studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology with an in-depth master's degree in the fields of technology and management in construction operations. Already during his studies, Mr. Mack focused on the topics of lean construction and sustainability in construction, which is why he trained to become a DGNB Registered Professional parallel to his studies. After successfully completing his studies, Mr. Mack deepened this specialist knowledge in his further training as an energy efficiency expert for federal funding programs. Mr. Mack is qualified as a DENA-listed energy consultant for residential and non-residential buildings. In 2014, Mr. Mack joined FC Project Management as a project manager and supervised various projects in southern Germany. During his work within the administration of the FC Group, he gained important experience in corporate development and management. In 2024, Mr. Mack was appointed to the management of Project Management Karlsruhe.

Tilman Roth

Tilman Roth was born in Karlsruhe on June 12, 1986. Already during his studies as an industrial engineer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Mr. Roth dealt with complex international issues and underpinned his international expertise early on in his career with several assignments in other European countries. In addition to developed countries such as Switzerland, his focus was primarily on the emerging markets in Eastern Europe. He gained further international experience in the Far East (including Singapore, China and Japan) and managed an industrial project in the greater Mumbai area in India. He was therefore able to gain management experience at a young age. When he joined fc.ingenieure in 2011, he became a founding partner of fc.ingenieure international GmbH and supports clients, particularly in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. His passion for planning and constructing sustainable and energy-efficient buildings in an international environment is underlined by his training as a LEED Green Associate. In 2013, he completed his training to become a LEED Accredited Professional New Construction and Design. Since 2014, Mr. Roth has been Managing Director of the project management company fc.ingenieure.

Ulrich Kraus

Ulrich Kraus was born in Bretten on March 1, 1970. After a commercial apprenticeship and subsequent technical training as an electrician, this dual knowledge shaped his further career. After working as a project manager in the electrical trade for industrial and administrative buildings, he studied engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, specializing in innovation management. Stays abroad in Sweden and Japan rounded off his training. The experience he gained provided the impetus for founding an integrated engineering office in 1997, which takes on the challenges of complex buildings as well as holistic approaches to solutions in both economic and technical matters. Mr. Kraus has undergone training as an auditor with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in order to incorporate the tools and approaches developed in this system into the FC Group's consulting and planning process. Together with Mr. Michael Hoffmann and other partners of the company, Ulrich Kraus has successfully led fc.ingenieure to the current market presence of the FC Group since its foundation in 1999.
