The director, Dr. Rubby Chawla inculcates the feeling of responsibility amongst the students. She feels that one cannot change the circumstances, the seasons or the winds but one can change oneself. That is something that an individual has to take care of. Students are trained right from time management to stress management, goal setting, problem solving, decision making attitude management, leadership skills, interpersonal skills………….
