Al Boerner

Job Titles:

Al is one of our newest members, with a background project management, joined Giant Industrial Installation's team over 3 years ago. He also works alongside Mark & Matt dealing with the everyday needs of General Contractors and Developers. All of this additional experience reinforces his skills in planning and managing projects for Wire Mesh Partition Cages, Storage Lockers and even bike storage solutions. Al usually has his hands full submitting bids by their deadline, and is responsible for approving projects prior to fabrication and work being performed. When projects are designed properly, there is no need to worry about issues arising during installation.

Craig Newman

Job Titles:

Craig joined the Giant sales force in March 2016 and has quickly turned himself into a valuable asset. Craig handles a vast array of responsibilities. He has seamlessly taken over the scheduling coordination of Giant Industrial's numerous installations each and every week. Craig communicates closely with Giant's field techs and foremen to ensure that all projects are completed to satisfaction and that schedules are coordinated and confirmed with customers well before the actual installation dates- no small task with all the coordination that goes on as existing buildings prepare their storage rooms for installation and the demands of new construction deadlines. Craig also develops new business leads through web publications that list projects requiring products and services offered by Giant Industrial. Craig also works closely with Giant's senior Project Managers to learn all of the ins and outs that go along with proper field measurements, proposal preparation and ultimately completed projects done on point.

Hugo Lau

Hugo's addition to our team in 2008 has since been an invaluable asset to the company. Hugo, a Field Manager, meets with clients every day - helping to measure and plan their space for potential tenant storage lockers and other secure enclosures. Hugo takes pride in all of his work and specializes in creating layouts that maximize space to the customer's specific requests. Also responsible for approving most projects prior to fabrication, Hugo takes the lead when walking through plans with our installers prior to work being performed to ensure professional, error-free installations.

Jamie Barnard

Job Titles:

Jamie founded Giant Industrial Installations in 1996 and has been designing and overseeing the construction of hundreds of tenant storage rooms, bicycle rooms, and secure storage enclosures all over New York City and surrounding areas for over 33 years. Working closely with New York Metropolitan Area developers, building owners, property managers, and board members, Jamie creates unqiue storage solutions that fit the needs of building tenants and optimizes the existing space of any property. Alongside WireCrafters since 1989, Jamie has helped to develop the New York City and Northeast's commercial and residential storage markets.

Jerry Desir

Jerry has been with the company for close to a decade, working closely with building personnel to design custom storage solutions that optimize available New York Metro storage rooms. Very detail-oriented, Jerry has successfully designed and managed hundreds of storage projects to date and welcomes the opportunity to maximize your building's storage capabilities.

Mark Zurawel

Mark has been a member of the team here at Giant Industrial Installations since 1998. Mark, who closely works with Developers and General Contractors on primarily commercial and new construction, specializes in planning Style 840 Wire Mesh Partition projects and has been optimizing layouts and designing customized storage solutions for over 15 years. In addition to security cages and colocation enclosures, Mark oversees and manages many tenant storage rooms and bicycle storage rooms at many of the well-know, high profile residential locations in New York City and surrounding areas. Mark worked hand-in-hand with Jamie and WireCrafters to develop the NYC and Northeast Commercial Market.

Matt Meaney

Matt joined the Giant team in 2015 and has made an immediate impact working mostly on new construction projects, new development projects and data center projects. Matt has quickly become a valuable member of the Giant sales force showing outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle all aspects of new construction projects. Matt meets daily with project managers and job site coordinators to ensure that each individual project is designed and fabricated to meet the client's needs and specifications. Matt also works tirelessly on our web lead quotations, follow ups and new business development through various lead generating websites. Matt's previous construction experience has helped him transition smoothly, in a relatively short period of time, to the many demands and curveballs that can be associated with construction project timelines.
