The slow implementation speed of process optimizations made me despair after my training as a toolmaker. In the later course of my professional development (master mechanical engineer, REFA expert, positions: trainer, production planner, head of final assembly, head of maintenance, introduction of lean production, production manager) I was able to gain practical experience which decisively helped me to implement sustainable process optimizations with the focus on people. Since my self-employment in 2005 and from 2010 with Guido, we have been facing the requirements of our customers together with pleasure...
