Chesterfield Faring, Ltd (CFL) is a direct investor in private commercial real estate investments, senior and mezzanine debt, preferred equity, plus GP and common equity. CFL co-invests side by side with its partners/investors/co-sponsors. Since March 2006, CFL has restructured, recapitalized, or invested in over $10.0 billion in recapitalized assets. CFL purchases performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans as a mainstay business. CFL has four silos of business. The first is restructuring and recapitalizing distressed senior CRE loans. This includes purchasing performing and non- performing loans. The second is as a direct investor/lender by making mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, and co-GP loans. The third is our capital markets group.
