Celia is a co-founder and Senior Technical Consultant of HCM Business Consulting. Celia has over 25 years experience in the IT Industry both in Australia and overseas. Celia's main areas of expertise are Systems Integration / Interfaces, Data Conversion and Migration, Systems Customisation, and Business Intelligence / Reporting. Prior to founding HCM Business Consulting, Celia worked for Mincom (now ABB Enterprise solutions) as a Senior Technical Consultant. She has also worked both in Switzerland and the USA in a variety of IT roles including Consulting, Pre-sales, Systems Analysis, Helpdesk, Training, and Customer Service. Celia has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the University of Queensland.

Henry is a co-founder and Senior Business Consultant of HCM Business Consulting. Henry has over 25 years experience in the HR/Payroll and Human Capital Management industry working with Mining, Utility, Transportation and Government customers. Henry's major areas of expertise are Complex Rostering, Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, HR, Payroll, Labour / Job Costing and Payroll Costing. In addition, Henry has significant experience working with customers to deliver integration with other 3rd party solutions. Prior to founding HCM Business Consulting, Henry worked for Mincom (now ABB Enterprise solutions) in a variety of roles: Product Management, Pre Sales and Consulting. Henry has a Bachelor of Business (IT, Accounting) from the University of Southern Queensland.
