HOBART RUNNING ACADEMY

HRA, founded by Dragon in 2007 was the beginning of an organisation destined to help others improve their speed and strength. Dragon has been training continuously in various sports for the last 30 years, holds multiple state records and has represented at state, national and international level. Dragon is a track and field athlete, a Level II Track & Field Coach, specialising in sprints (60m-400m). Dragon also coaches distance runners (5km, 10km, Half Marathon, Marathon and Cross Country). He is a fully qualified Level III Personal Trainer which supplements his clients program design. All of his athletes have experienced numerous PB's under his direction.
