Dr. D. M. Mithani has teaching experience of over five decades serving in India at the University of Mumbai and the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He is currently teaching at OYA Business School at Universiti Utara Malaysia, which is considered Asia's largest campus. He is also a Visiting Faculty at Prince of Songkhla University, Hatyai, Thailand and Thaksin University, Thailand.

Mr. Shariar Karim was formerly an in flight Supervisor with Air India for 38 years and has to his credits 26 opportunities to operate V.V.I.P. flights. He has conducted several training programme for airline personnel in both public and private sectors at the Air India Staff College and trained cabin crew for 17 years at In flight Training and Development Centre.
Currently, he is a Motivational Speaker, Soft-Skills Trainer and Image Management Consultant for several Multinational companies and corporate honchos.
