Working in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, Fiona joined Henry Financial Group Pty Ltd in October 2018.
She established a broad foundation over her initial 17 years working for large corporates across areas such as Customer Service, Staff Training, Call Centre Management, Administration Management, Compliance, Audits, and Complaints. With a passion for Practice Management, Fiona then moved out of large corporate in 2004 into small business to manage Financial Planning firms. Achieving three National Advisory Firm of the Year Awards in the following seven years, Fiona continued to embrace the changing compliance landscape in Financial Services. Taking a Business Consultancy role with AMP in 2015 for three years enabled Fiona to work with a large panel of Financial Planning firms across Queensland, including Henry Financial Group Pty Ltd.
Fiona is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and lives in the inner western suburbs of Brisbane.

Sarah is the Managing Director of Henry Financial Group Pty Ltd.
Sarah has been an integral part of this firm for over ten years and in 2015 increased her ownership in the business to become the principal shareholder. At that time Sarah, then 36, also assumed the Managing Director role.
Sarah has over 15 years experience in the financial planning industry.
