Anthony Viscomi is the Lead Estimator and Project Manager. He is responsible for writing up all estimates, wind mitigation reports, and 4-point inspection reports. He works closely under Brian to develop his same attention to detail in the construction industry and will eventually get his GC license. Anthony has been a close family friend for years and plans to grow with the All Trades family business for years to come. In his free time Anthony coaches wrestling, enjoys working out, and going to concerts.

Austin Konitzer is Part Owner and helps with production. His responsibilities involve inspecting roofs/interiors, checking jobs, and any other tasks at hand to make sure things run smoothly from start to finish. He works alongside his dad Brian Konitzer to learn the ins and outs of the family business to one day take it over with his brother Zachary. Austin has a new baby girl with his girlfriend Jadyn as well as two dogs Bubba & Shiloh. During his free time, Austin loves being on the water, getting to the gym, or spending time with his friends and family.
Brian Konitzer is owner and CEO of All Trades with the responsibilities of business development, Construction/Roofing oversight, accounting, and so much more. He and his wife Melissa have carried this business on their backs for years until it has grown into what it is today. Brian is dad to his 2 sons Austin & Zachary, "Papa B" to his grandbaby Blair, and mentor to all who work alongside him. When he isn't in the office or in the field on a job, he enjoys boating, traveling with his wife & family, or just relaxing at home.
Cheyenne Linthicum is the Construction Coordinator at All Trades with the responsibilities of scheduling jobs, pulling permits, answering phones, and any other office work needed. Everyone calls her Chey for short, and she is the girlfriend of Zachary Konitzer. She enjoys spending time with her friends & family, being creative, and caring for their dog Skies.
Jadyn Siemer is the General Manager of All Trades. She handles jobs from start to finish, oversees all crews and employees, as well as assist Melissa in managing accounting/marketing. She plans to learn all she can under Brian and Melissa to hopefully take over the family business with Austin & Zachary in the future. Jadyn is mom to sweet baby Blair, and the girlfriend of Austin Konitzer. When she has free time, she enjoys anything creative, being active, and spending time with her family. She is also a Licensed Realtor, Notary, and plans to obtain her GC license.
Melissa Konitzer is owner and CFO of All Trades with the responsibilities of bookkeeping, marketing, purchasing, quality control, and social media management. She is the wife of Brian Konitzer, mom to her 2 boys Austin & Zachary, and "Mama Mel" to her grandbaby Blair. She balances the business and family needs and makes sure everything is as it should be. Melissa has a passion for travel & adventuring to unfamiliar places, as well as photography and enjoys staying active.

Zachary Konitzer is Part Owner and helps with production. His responsibilities involve checking jobs, managing trailers, and any other tasks at hand to make sure things run smoothly. Zachary is the son of Brian & Melissa Konitzer, the younger brother of Austin Konitzer. He has recently graduated high school and now works full time in the family business, learning the business to take it over one day alongside his brother Austin. During his free time, Zachary enjoys playing basketball, fishing, and spending time with his family, friends, and their dog Skies.
