Inner Core Wellness is a full service Certified Romana's Pilates® Studio and Physical Therapy Wellness Center located in the Tysons Corner/Merrifield area of Vienna, VA. Our mission is to promote a better quality of life by spreading our knowledge and skills dedicated to teaching and upholding the principles of the original Pilates method as passed on by Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska... Our on-site Physical Therapy Center provides one-on- one care specializing in orthopedic, neurological ,sport injuries, functional movement assessment and training . We believe in a wholistic approach to rehabilitation not only to address the client's current level of dysfunction but also improve overall quality of life by means of health education and post-rehab wellness programs. Other wellness services we offer include the Melt Method Technique and Functional Movement Assessment and Training.
