(IOA, Inc.) is a team of architects, interior designers, and project managers providing quality architectural design and construction document preparation services with integrity and attention to detail. We also provide commercial architectural design and construction document preparation services for new buildings, additions, interior and exterior remodel projects. IOA, Inc. handles the coordination needed with jurisdictional agencies, code officials, financial agencies, engineering consultants etc... Each team member has individual experience at other firms, both large and small. Their experience includes all project phases: pre-acquisition, architectural design, interior design, from construction and close-out.
