The Firm was established by Nedim Karako in 1970 in Istanbul. In the beginning, the Firm was involved in general litigation, foreign investments, intellectual property law, labor law and commercial law, and then expanded its services to a wide range of areas such as banking law, financial law, aviation law, transportation law, real estate transactions, international legal affairs and M&A projects... Our Team consists of eight attorneys and operates under consultancy and litigation sub-divisions. The Firm collaborates with specialists in other fields of expertise, as well. That collaboration might be on international, local or geographical basis, if necessary.
