My name is Ken Jenkins. I am a professional coach, author and crisis response strategist. In my career, I have responded to seventeen mass casualty events including the 9/11 terrorist attacks, events which changed the lives of those impacted and those who responded, including me. I have incorporated the lessons I have learned into my coaching practice and my daily life... Through all of the tragedies I responded to, I have come to realize that crisis response is really no different than everyday life except for one thing. In a crisis response, we are following a well-developed plan. A plan which addresses the needs of all those impacted by the crisis. We prepare and we practice so we are ready to respond when needed.
