Daniel is President at Knightvest Residential. In this capacity, he oversees Operations, Asset Management, Training, and Construction Management. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2018, Daniel was Senior Vice President of CWS Capital Partners which owns a portfolio approaching 30,000 units located in 10 major metro areas across the country. With almost 14 years at CWS, Daniel was involved in various functions including company-wide Asset Management oversight, and multifamily investment acquisitions and dispositions. Before CWS, Daniel worked at Overland Capital Group, JPI and Comerica Bank.
Daniel holds a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Investments from the University of North Texas.

David Moore is the founder and Managing Partner at Knightvest. Under David's leadership, Knightvest has acquired over 55,000 units at a total capitalization of approximately $10.0 billion. Since inception, Knightvest has sold over 15,000 units with an average IRR and multiple of over 30% and 2.2x, respectively. David focuses on the strategic direction, acquisitions, and asset management of the Company.
Prior to founding Knightvest Capital in 2007, David was the Director of Investments for Macfarlan Capital Partners, a private-equity real estate firm focused on a diverse range of real estate. Prior to joining Macfarlan Capital Partners, David worked at HFF, Prudential Capital, and Arthur Andersen.
David holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from SMU, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

George is currently Vice President - Capital Formation at Knightvest. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and fostering Knightvest's existing and prospective Limited Partner relationships. George joined Knightvest in 2019 as an Asset Manager, where his responsibilities included managing the investment and operational performance for various assets in the DFW and Houston Texas markets. Prior to joining Knightvest, George was an analyst at Sovrano LLC, a boutique investment firm in Fort Worth, TX with a focus in food services and franchised restaurants. Prior to Sovrano, George began his career as a Management Consulting Associate with Sendero Business Services in Dallas, TX. George holds an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University.

Jason Dallas is a Managing Director - Acquisitions at Knightvest. In this capacity, he operates as the North Carolina Market Leader, focusing on new acquisitions. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2020, Jason spent 9 years with Sarofim Realty Advisors where he guided investment activity for the firm's multifamily JV development and acquisition platform. Jason started his career with JPI where he served in various multifamily development, acquisition and market research roles.

Madison is currently Senior Vice President - Acquisitions at Knightvest and is located in the firm's Dallas office. In this role, he serves as the Dallas-Fort Worth Market Leader focusing on new acquisition and investment opportunities. Previously, Madison was a Vice President within Goldman Sachs' US Real Estate team where he was tasked with overseeing the firm's multifamily equity investments in various Southeastern and Southwestern markets. Madison started his real estate career at Knightvest in 2014 where he served in a variety of functions, ultimately serving as Director of Investor Relations.
Madison holds a BSBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
Mary-Tyler is the Chief Financial Officer at Knightvest. In this capacity, she oversees financial statement reporting, Federal and State tax reporting, Treasury Management services and other supporting areas. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2013, Mary-Tyler served as a Controller for several real estate organizations including Milestone Management, Emerson Partners Inc. and Lincoln Property Company. She began her accounting career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mary-Tyler holds a B.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a CPA licensed by the State of Texas.

Melanie Adams is the Chief Construction Officer at Knightvest. In this capacity, she manages all aspects of construction from scope writing to contract negotiations. Melanie also manages the design team that continually improves the renovation product. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2014, Melanie managed the construction of two large ground-up Lifestyle Centers and remodeled malls for The MGHerring Group. Prior to that she held numerous positions in the construction field for a general contractor (CCG) and a design build firm (Aguirre Building Systems) building banks, grocery stores, retail and office facilities, restaurants, hotels, and telecom facilities.
Nathan Grider - Chief Investment Officer

Nathan Grider is Chief Investment Officer at Knightvest. Nathan oversees Knightvest's acquisitions efforts in conjunction with the regional Market Leaders. Nathan joined Knightvest in 2012 as the VP of Asset Management and he continues to apply the perspective gained in that role when assessing new acquisition opportunities. Nathan began his career in the Real Estate Consulting practice at Avail Consulting (now part of Deloitte), where he created customized valuation solutions for clients including Exxon, Chevron, Omni Hotels and SCI. Nathan later worked for The Apartment Group and MG Herring Group before joining Knightvest.
Nathan holds a B.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He also served as the Graduate Assistant/Instructor for the Reliant Energy Trading Center within the Mays Business School.

Prior to joining Knightvest in 2024, Nelson was a Consultant at RSM US LLP, driving advisory services for gaming and hospitality clients in the tribal sector.

Prior to joining the Knightvest Asset Management team in 2023, Patrick was an Accountant with Knightvest. Previous to that, he was in Public Accounting with Whitley Penn.

Before JLL, he worked for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as their head of Agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA) lending for the Houston office. Sean is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed real estate sales person.
