Keystone Redevelopment, Inc was established in 1997 by Kevin Fang - 4th generation builder. The company started in the real estate development industry. After several years of successfully re-developing historic buildings throughout the Chicagoland area, Keystone quickly evolved into a general contracting firm, performing carpentry and construction management services in high end commercial and historic buildings. Today Keystone has earned the reputation of showing up on time, with qualified, skilled craftsman. And takes pride in constructing each project with utmost care in job site cleanliness and low level noise production. We work the same way in every project contracted to us, self performing in carpentry, demolition and drywall. Our staff has completed over 3,000,000 square feet to date.
