Ann Kirwin brings an expertise to the firm in communications and outreach programs, energy policy and business development. Prior to founding KDS, Ann worked as a lobbyist and consultant for Principle Advantage, Ltd, acting as the lobbyist for the City of Virginia Beach to the General Assembly in Richmond. In her public policy work, Ann has developed a specialty in renewable energy and has played a key role in developing renewable energy projects and policy in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She also has extensive project/organizational management experience.
