Diane graduated with honors from Academy Canada's Esthetics Program and has been a member of The Landells Clinic team since 2003. Her outstanding contributions to the clinic include her passion for skin care and high standards for client service and quality treatments. Her knowledge and training in skin care and skin care products are beyond compare and she plays a vital role on our team. Diane is fully trained to consult in all of the procedures that we offer at the clinic. She performs treatments such as chemical Peels, microdermabrasion, IPL/BBL photorejuvenation, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal and Thermage.

Dr. Landells has been practicing cosmetic dermatology since 1998 and was the first physician in Newfoundland to begin injecting Botox® and fillers cosmetically. In 1998, he trained with Alistair and Jean Carruthers, the world renowned pioneers of Botox® Cosmetic in Canada.
He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland Medical School in 1988, practiced two years Family Medicine in St. John's NL, then went on to study Paediatric Medicine at the Janeway Child Health Centre in St. John's. This was followed by Dermatology at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver B.C, and a fellowship in Paediatric Dermatology at Northwestern University and Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago IL, finishing in 1996. At present, Dr. Landells holds these positions: Past President - Canadian Dermatology Association / Clinical Chief - Division of Dermatology for Eastern Health / Clinical Associate Professor - Disciplines of Medicine and Paediatrics with the Faculty of Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland / Medical Director - Dermatology at Nexus Clinical Research / Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Dermatology, Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery and Dermatology Times of Canada.
Heidi joined The Landells Clinic in 2011 and has been an amazing addition to our team. Her role in the clinic is all encompassing but at the end of the day Heidi's goal is to ensure that every client has a positive and enjoyable experience. She follows up with clients after services, answers any questions, determines if there is anything else we can do to make the experience better and then implements those changes in the clinic. Her exceptional customer service skills, dedication and passion for skin care make her a great Client Care Coordinator and she is fully trained in all aspects of the clinic.

Jackie has been a practicing registered nurse since 1995. With a background in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Research, Jackie went on to pursue her passion for cosmetic dermatology and has been Nursing Director for The Landells Clinic since 2004. Her broad experience, excellent patient care and cosmetic expertise with Botox and fillers make her one of the top nurse injectors in the country and an integral team member at the clinic. Jackie attends regular training and certification courses to maintain her exceptional skills in all treatments offered at the clinic but especially Botox and fillers. Currently, Jackie travels as a trainer for THMA Consulting as well as for Allergan as part of their Skin Quality Advisory Board.

Katherine obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1991. Subsequent to this she went on to pursue her love of skin care by studying Advanced Esthetics at The Edith Serei Institute in Toronto in 1996. Encouraged by a local dermatologist, Katherine opened the province's first medical aesthetics clinic in 1997 called Skin Essentials, which catered to dermatology patients by offering medical grade peels and camouflage cosmetics. It was during this time that she began a professional collaboration with Dr. Landells and after four years she joined his cosmetic dermatology team and has been Managing Director since 2004. Katherine was named 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year by NLOWE (Newfoundland and Labrador Organization for Women Entrepreneurs). Currently Katherine continues to manage all aspects of the clinic but her main goal is to create a positive and supportive work environment where the entire team can feel that their job performance and physical, emotional and mental well being are valued.
Kelly has been with us since 2011 and has been a great addition to the team. Her friendly personality and superior administrative skills make sure that all of our clients are given the best service and care possible. She is knowledgeable about all of our cosmetic dermatology and spa services and has made an effort to experience as many of these treatments as possible so that she can give a first hand account of what a treatment does and what to expect. Kelly is trained in all of our products and skin care lines and can answer any questions you may have.
Madison is the newest addition to our team. She first came to us as a medical aesthetics work term student in 2022 and we quickly found a way to create a position for her. She is enthusiastic about results driven, ethical skincare and overall skin health. Madison brings a great work ethic, positive attitude, passion and professionalism to the team. We think she is going to have a great career in medical aesthetics. Madison is currently taking bookings for chemical peels, dermaplaning, steam and extraction treatments, BelaMD Facials and customized skincare treatments.
Melissa joined the Landells team in 2022 immediately after graduating from Academy Canada with a Diploma of Health and Human Sciences in Aesthetics and Spa Management with Electrolysis with Honours and Distinction. Her love of skincare had prompted her to leave her dental assistant career and move over to aesthetics. Melissa's attention to detail and passion for skincare education make her a valuable asset to the clinic. She is currently specializing in laser hair removal, facial treatments and chemical peels.

Natalie joined our team in 2018. Originally from Bedford, Nova Scotia, Natalie moved to St. John's in 2007. She went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry Nutrition and then on to a Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 2013. She went on to work in general medicine at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital before finding her way to the Landells Clinic in 2018. Natalie has become a valuable asset to our team and offers her clients and patients the highest level of care possible. She specializes in Botox Cosmetic, Botox Therapeutic, cryotherapy, PRP, microneedling, Beauty Boosters and CoolSculpting.
Nicole completed her Aesthetics course at Woodford's Training Centre in 2014. Her journey began with placing second in the Skills Canada national competition representing Newfoundland and Labrador in the Aesthetics category. She knew her attention to detail would carry her passion in this industry. She is always interested in learning new techniques and services to give the best the industry has to every client she meets. "My top priorities are the results we can achieve for the skin as well as creating a relaxing and comfortable environment for each person I meet". She keeps the spa environment while giving the advanced medical facials everyone enjoys. Nicole joined the Landells team in 2018.
