Michael Ramaglia is a Visionary leader, offering 16+ years of construction and development experience in all facets of the industry. Versatile strategist, recognized for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects. Progressive, decisive, and highly valued for expertise interpreting project strategies, translating objectives into actionable plans, and providing leadership to multi-functional teams. Michael joined Lime Development in 2011 after serving four years as Director of Facilities & Construction Management for New Jersey Community Development Corp based in Paterson NJ where Michael served as chief liaison between union trades and the agency, as well as built relationships with community leaders and elected officials within Paterson and Passaic County. As an active member of the Community; Michael participated as an instrumental member of the Event Planning Committee which produced major annual fundraising efforts and other community integration activities and events. Mike is a family man and enjoys his weekends with his family and following local politics.

Paul Perrina was introduced into the Construction Industry in 1968. Paul Perrina has worked all facets of Masonry & Building Restoration. He is an approved Product Applicator for many different products in this industry. Paul Perrina is in charge or Estimating, Negotiating and Overseeing all aspects of Corporate Business. With Paul Perrina's 43 years of experience brings a wealth of knowledge, contacts and business performances. Paul Perrina's motto is "Safety First". Paul has been married for over 26 years now with three children graduated from College.

PETER PERRINA - VP

Peter Perrina graduated into the family business in 1978. Peter has been responsible for overseeing the Majority of Lime's projects. He has served as liason between clients and the Corporation. Peter holds all Certifications for OSHA and Safety compliance courses. Peter brings many years of trusted family service to the table to uphold and maintain the reputation that Lime has built over the years. In Peter's spare time he is a Professional Drummer and Music Buff. He loves spending time with his wife and daughter at classic car shows.

Priscilla Pietri has over 12 years experience in the Public Relations field. Priscilla joined the Lime Team in October 2002 as an Office Assistant, through hard work, dedication and perseverance; Priscilla excelled in her position which led to her Promotion in 2005 as Comptroller/Office Manger. Priscilla handles all aspects this side of the business. Priscilla has not only excelled in business but also at home becoming a Mother and Wife. Priscilla enjoys spending quality time with her Husband and two beautiful daughters cooking, watching Football, and being an active Member of the Girl Scout community.
