Life Raft Group Canada is a registered Canadian not-for-profit patient association incorporated in 2008 to support GIST patients in Canada many of whom face numerous difficulties, both as cancer patients in general and as person living with a rare disease... Our group provides a "virtual home" where GIST patients can find emotional support from their peers and learn more about how to live with GIST... GIST Sarcoma Life Raft Group Canada (LRG Canada) was incorporated as a not-for-profit Canadian corporation in 2008. In 2012 registered charity status was granted by both Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec. Our Registration Number is 84860-7024-RR0001
