Abbie Rolando

Abbie, a graduate of The Catholic University of America, is a creative thinker with six years of industry expertise. She began to carefully observe the world around her and identify connections, in her early years. Abbie is now utilizing her inquisitive nature to notice the small details within projects at MGMA, specializing in medical office buildings and environmental design. She thrives in the diverse project environment and appreciates the opportunity to creatively address challenges. Abbie enjoys seeing visions evolve, take form, and become a reality.

Andrew Davies

Job Titles:
  • Senior Project Manager
A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Andrew completed his Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Pursing his interest in architectural theories, Andrew earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland in 2019. Andrew's interest in architecture centers around creating human-scale spaces, involving both exterior and interior domains. With a desire to work in the DMV area, Andrew joined MGMA as an architectural designer in 2020, eager to get involved with projects at all levels.

Anna Hawkins

Anna has always had a passion for interior design but decided to study marketing in undergrad at the University of Mississippi. After graduating she pursued her passion of interior design and architecture and attended George Washington University where she received her master's in interior architecture. She loves design challenges and enjoys the puzzle that space planning can be. She enjoys the process in working on a project from start to finish and she believes nothing beats the feeling than seeing the finished product come to life.

Anne Foster

Anne is a dedicated employee with 28 years of industry experience, including 18 years with MGMA. Growing up, she loved puzzles and constantly rearrange bedroom furniture to add a fresh feel to the space. Anne earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in interior design from Longwood University. She is also qualified by the Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and a Certified Interior Designer (CID). Anne now applies the same framework of her childhood passions to her career, specializing in tenant turn-key and large design build projects. As clients provide program requirements-the puzzle pieces-and a desired size-the border- she strives to pull each element together quickly and efficiently. Anne very much enjoys the inclusive nature of MGMA, giving everyone the opportunity to work on each aspect of projects from start to finish.

Ashleigh Ginley

When Ashleigh was little, her grandparents brought her along to architectural and design meetings for their house addition and renovation. After that first meeting, she knew what she wanted to be when she grew up. After high school, Ashleigh went off to Westwood College and received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, and then went back to school for a Masters in Architecture from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. For the past 8 years she has been working throughout Northern Virginia and Northwest Washington D.C. designing residential projects ranging from additions to historic whole house remodels. While Ashleigh has experience in the residential field, she is excited to join MGMA and learn the ropes of Commercial design and architecture.

Colleen Lamarque

Colleen spent 14 years as a design professional in Europe and Asia prior to joining MGMA. She has a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Syracuse University and an extensive background in design, marketing and administration. At MGMA, she enjoys channeling her creativity into promoting the company through marketing literature and social media as well as establishing new business and facilitating contract documentation. Colleen organizes educational opportunities for the firm by introducing new products and trends, enthusiastically contributes to managing the social calendar and is a @Fitwel Ambassador, joining leaders at the forefront of the #BuildingHealthForAll movement: www.fitwel.org/ambassadors.

Elmira Radowich

Elmira Radowich is an alumnus of the Catholic University of America, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, her designs unite function and aesthetics.

Eric Spradlin

Eric is a detail-oriented team leader with strong organizational skills. He studied architecture at Montana State University and actively participates in professional organizations ranging from wildlife conservation to community development. Eric has over 14 years of experience and enjoys the open-door, family-style working environment at MGMA. His favorite project thus far, City Garage in Baltimore, demonstrated the team's cohesion and dedication, delivering what is now Port Covington's flagship. Eric is passionate about going vertical with clients' visions, specializing in Commercial Industrial - Spec/Build-to-Suit.

Janet Lasher

Job Titles:

Janet has returned to MGMA after leaving to move to Upstate New York. She spent 8 years working on commercial interiors in corporate, healthcare, education and community market sectors in that region. She excited to be back and working with the MGMA team to design on-trend and current commercial spaces. Janet finds that her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (SUNY Geneseo) is just as useful as her Master of Arts Interior Design degree (Marymount University) when working with clients to understand their goals, design style and priorities. Creating beautiful spaces while creating meaningful connections with people are among the things that Janet loves most.

Joaquin Diz - EVP

With over 29 years of international project experience, Joaquin focuses principally on the design aspect of multiple projects, interiors, and shell at MGMA. He earned a professional degree in architecture at the University of Buenos Aires and then received a master's degree in architecture from Rice University. Joaquin's dedication and skillset has earned him awards from NAIOP and ABC, along with the Fossi Award for best project of the year from Rice University. He most enjoys the creative process of the profession, turning ideas into a tangible and inhabitable spaces.

Michael Meaza

As a graduate of Virginia Tech's Architecture program, I was inspired to develop a career for myself and improve my skills. Immediately out of college I worked for a small residential firm. Seeking to expand my experience in the field of Architecture, I have assumed a position at MGMA where I can be exposed to more commercial and industrial architecture. I hope to grow as a designer with MGMA, get licensed as an architect, and design with the firm.

Morgan Gick

Omar Man

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
After moving to the U.S from Egypt in 2016, Omar went on to receive his B.Arch (2019) and his Masters in Architecture (2021) from the University of the District of Columbia. Since 2016, Omar has been involved in projects in many different sectors of the industry - from Commercial, to Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Residential, Mixed-Use Multifamily, Higher-Ed & Civic Centers. As a licensed WELL AP, and soon to be licensed Architect, Omar has joined MGMA as a Project Manager in 2023 with hopes to contribute in all project phases with any project type.

Steve Moore - EVP

Steve serves as Executive Vice President for MGMA. He leads MGMA's effort in organizing and managing the technical aspects of MGMA's practice. He has standardized numerous aspects of MGMA's contract documents while always challenging the staff to new levels of quality and consistency. Steven graduated from The Univeristy of Maryland School of Architecture in 1995, joined to the firm in 1998 and became a principal in 2012.

Steven Ramoutar

Steven is a Trinidadian national with a history of both public and private projects spanning the United States and the Caribbean. He values the project complexity at MGMA, as well as the team's cultural and ethnic diversity. With over 12 years in professional experience, Steven specializes in Tilt Up and Precast Shell Buildings. He is motivated by the sense of accomplishment that comes from a project vision transforming into reality.

Sulaiman Nazier

Job Titles:

Sulaiman is a South African designer who spent much of his career working across design disciplines in capacities that require him to hold a hammer and a pencil, at the same time. Combining his love for traveling with his career, he worked on socially driven projects in South East Asia, Africa, and Europe. Sulaiman brings more than 15 years of design and technical experience to the MGMA team.

Tony Stello

Tony has over 21 years' experience in architecture and served in the United States Navy during the Persian Gulf War as a Petty Officer 3rd Class Builder. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1998 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He enjoys project development and construction administration giving him the opportunity to demonstrate his skills as a problem solver. His years of experience allows him to specialize in several project types including commercial, medical, institutional, government, assisting living, multifamily residential, and churches.

Wil McBeath


William McBeath - President

After graduation from the University of Pennsylvania, Wil took a job at Bass Gick and Mickey (BGM). When Michael Gick left BGM in 1988 to start Morgan Gick & Associates (now MGMA); Wil was his first employee. After a brief period away from the firm to get a Masters at Rice University and Internships at Gensler and IM Pei, Wil returned in 1993. Wil has been a partner at MGMA since 1995. He continues to guide the office's strategic planning and strategy and is responsible for overseeing office administration, promotion, and project workflow.
