Nero Scuro was founded on a simple concept: we never roast anything that does not excite us or that we would not be pleased to drink ourselves. We want to be a true thirdwave micro-roastery, that's why we roast only to order weekly, on Friday and Saturday, shipping worldwide on Monday by express couriers... Nero Scuro is a premium specialty coffee micro roastery based in Italy. We offer only exceptional specialty coffees, hand roasted in small batches of 4kg or less. We roast for filter and espresso, with specifically crafted roasting profiles. We roast to order and we ship our specialty coffees fresh all around the world... In conclusion, we are proud to use an approach to roasting that has not acquiesced to faster, less expensive methods or to the practice of producing high volumes to decrease costs.
