Charles Dane Hardy began his career in the oil and gas business as an independent landman in 2007. He subsequently co-founded Nobles & Hardy, LP, in 2008. Dane received his BBA in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University and his JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Ross and Dane are also the Managing Members of the following entities:

Joseph Ross Nobles has over thirteen years' experience in the oil and gas industry. After working for several years as an independent landman, he co-founded Nobles & Hardy, LP, an oil and gas lease brokerage firm, in 2008. Ross received his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and his JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
