NIR ADHIKARI

Before starting his boutique law firm, Nir worked at major immigration law firm where he represented and advised multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises, and individuals on all aspects of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa programs. After gaining an extensive experience, Nir started a successful law firm, Adhikari Law, PLLC. His experience of working on and developing his own law practice has provided him the ability to understand the needs of a diverse group of clients having roots in the Asian Pacific and Trans-Atlantic regions, and provide workable solutions to resolve their legal issues. He is connected and constantly engaged with the Asian community in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland and the neighboring areas. Throughout his legal career he has provided pro bono legal representation to local and national non-profit organizations, has volunteered for the pro bono programs of the District of Columbia Bar and the Legal Services Northern Virginia, and has volunteered..
