Cali Thompson is Director of Marketing at Ntirety and has been with the company since 2018. With a decade of experience, she strives to propel Ntirety's mission, value proposition, and messaging to customers and partners.
In the digital marketing world, Cali has worn quite a few hats: Content Writer, Digital Strategist, Marketing Manager, and now Director. Before joining Ntirety, Cali focused on content strategy for a variety of clients during her time at marketing and web design agencies in Dallas, Texas.
Cali holds a degree in Journalism with a concentration in Marketing and Public Relations from the Mayborn School of Journalism at the University of North Texas. Cali lives in Austin, Texas, and outside of the office is an avid aerialist.

Charles Charmatz is SVP Operations and has been a dedicated member of Ntirety's team for over a decade. Located in Tampa, Florida, Charles has a strong background in data center management and continues to grow the company's commitment to exemplary service as Vice President of Operations.
Prior to becoming Vice President of Operations, Charles served Ntirety as the Senior Director of Network and Datacenter Operations. Before joining Ntirety in 2003, Charles was a Senior Network Engineer for Neutelligent/City-Guide.

Clinton Weaver joined Ntirety in 2017 with over 15 years of technology accounting and finance experience.
Prior to joining Ntirety, he served as Controller for PeopleAdmin, Inc., a provider of SaaS-based talent management solutions to educational institutions. He also served in various other accounting and finance roles within the tech industry. Clinton's experience across these roles includes multiple acquisitions, financing transactions, strategic cost reduction programs, and system implementations as well as responsibility for finance and accounting functions.
Clinton earned his BS from Indiana University and subsequently earned his MBA in Finance. He resides in Austin, Texas.

Eli Bowman is Chief Financial Officer and joined Ntirety as VP of Corporate Development in 2019. He also leads FP&A functions, as well as Sales Operations and Analytics.
Prior to joining Ntirety, Eli served as the CFO of Codero Hosting for 12 years. He also held Finance leadership roles at Aplus.net and GE Insurance Solutions.
Eli earned his B.S. in Actuarial Science & Mathematics from the University of Central Missouri, graduating with honors. He currently resides in St. Joseph, Missouri with his wife and three children.

Emil Sayegh is the CEO and President of Ntirety, a company at the forefront of compliant security solutions. As CEO and President, Emil has been guiding the company since 2016 and has a wealth of experience in the industry.
Before Ntirety, Emil held the position of Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President at Codero Hosting. He also played an instrumental role in growing cloud computing and hosting businesses at HP and Rackspace. As Vice President and General Manager of the cloud computing division at Rackspace, Emil led the company's entry into the emerging public cloud market and helped grow the business to more than 100,000 clients. In addition to his leadership roles, Emil spent more than 15 years in the IT industry developing, marketing and managing products for Dell, RLX Technologies, and Compaq.
Emil is a respected thought leader in the field of IT security and often shares his insights in his Forbes columns. He holds nine patents and is an international speaker and author.
When he's not leading Ntirety, Emil can be found cheering on his beloved Texas Longhorns or enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and four children. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin and is based in Austin, Texas. An avid reader, Emil finds inspiration in business classics such as Good to Great, Built to Last, The 7 Habits, and Made to Stick.

Eric Hutts, Chief Customer Officer, leads the Customer Success Teams, focused on delivering exceptional experiences for Ntirety's customer base.
A results-oriented, hands-on leader, Eric has over 20 years of experience building growth-oriented teams in the managed infrastructure and cloud service space focused on IT modernization.
Eric is a career-long Ntirety team member. In his 15+ year career with Ntirety, he helped Ntirety grow from a small staff to over 500+ professionals employed by at the company today, holding roles of increasing responsibility including VP of Cloud Services and Strategic accounts. In 2020, Eric was promoted to SVP of Advanced Services and now leads as Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to Ntirety, Eric held various positions in a 15-year career in IT operations for the banking industry and entrepreneurial roles within the music and consumer products industries, including building teams within the Asia Pacific.
Eric holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also spending time flying small planes and road-tripping across North America with his family.

James Morrison joined Ntirety in January 2021 as CISO after working for two years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as a Distinguished Technologist - Cyber Security.
Prior to working at HPE, James spent 22 years with the FBI as a Senior Computer Scientist, focused on cyber security. He worked on numerous national security and criminal intrusion investigations, as an active Cyber Security Expert, identifying security vulnerabilities and implementing solutions. He was a Regional Program Manager for the FBI Computer Science program and Adjunct Faculty Member for the FBI, teaching multiple classes at Quantico and internationally.
Prior to his career in the FBI, James was an engineer for Lockheed Martin and a System Administrator the US Air Force at Schriever AFB and Clark AB, RP.
James lives in Houston with his wife Angi and their furry companions.
Jim Haas joined Ntirety in 2010 and currently serves as VP Advanced Services. Jim oversees the Advanced and Professional Services Department.
Jim combines a strong technical background in application development and database technology consulting along with an extensive history in operations management. His skill set and experience spans many technical stacks, focused heavily on Microsoft and Oracle's suite of products. From a management perspective, Jim has guided Ntirety's managed and consulting services for the last 10 years.
Jim earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell and an MBA from Suffolk University.

John Enright is a web service industry pioneer with 25+ years of experience building successful web service brands. In 1994, he co-founded one of the first website hosting companies ever, growing it into a top three North American hosting provider before it ultimately merged with Affinity Internet in 2001.
At Affinity, John led product, sales, and marketing, developing the most advanced private-labeled web service channel program in the industry. In 2007, Affinity merged with Hostway to form NetNation, where he currently leads the charge to transform how web services are delivered.
John resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and three boys.

John Faulkner is the CFO and President of Ntirety. John joined the company in August 2016 with over 25 years of technology finance experience.
Prior to joining Ntirety, he served as CFO for PeopleAdmin, Inc., a provider of SaaS-based talent management solutions to educational institutions. He also served as CFO of Layered Technologies, Inc., (acquired by Datapipe) and as Vice President of Finance for Level3 and Broadwing, prior to its acquisition by Level3. His experience across these roles includes multiple acquisitions, financing transactions, strategic cost reduction programs, and system implementations as well as responsibility for finance, accounting, human resources, and legal functions.
He began his career in Austin, Texas with Ernst & Young and has held finance leadership positions in several other companies, including Dell, where he worked in their treasury group in both the US and UK.
John earned his BBA from Texas Tech University and subsequently earned his CPA and CMA. He resides in Austin, Texas with his wife.

Josh Henderson, Ntirety's CTO, joined the company in 2021 with over 20 years of experience in large-scale cloud and hosted Infrastructure, managed IT services, network, software development and consulting.
Prior to joining Ntirety, he served as CTO and COO for McLane Intelligent Solutions, CTO of Colo and Cloud at Zayo Group, and CTO for Clearview International. His experience across these roles includes high level IT strategy, technology lifecycle management, P&L management, operations, sales and full product life-cycle management in businesses ranging from startup to $2B+ in revenue.
Josh is an Alumni of Baylor University and today he resides in Austin, Texas.

Maggie McGovern is VP of Sales and joined Ntirety in 2006. Maggie is a leader in Sales and Customer Success, helping clients get more than just secure and dependable technology.
Prior to leading all of Ntirety sales teams, Maggie was the Vice President of Customer Success and SMB Sales. In all her roles, she ensured that every Ntirety client receives guidance, partnership, and most importantly the ability to rest easy knowing that their mission critical applications are supported by the industry's best team.
Maggie earned her BS in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University. Today, she resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband Steve, kids - Cecilia and Jack, and St Bernard, Betsy.

Natasha Gordon, VP People, joined Ntirety in 2008 and has led Human Resources, training, and corporate administration functions since 2012.
Prior to Ntirety, Natasha worked at Threewave Software, a video game development company, and Coast Capital Savings, the largest credit union in Canada, where she held positions in human resources, financial services, and accounting. Natasha has over a decade of experience volunteering with community and professional associations. She is highly involved with the HR technology community and most recently sat on the steering committee for the HR Tech Group in British Columbia for over six years.
Natasha is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and earned her BA from the University of British Columbia. She and her family currently reside in Vancouver, BC.

Samantha Mak joined Ntirety in 2007 and leads the Legal and Compliance Departments as General Counsel.
Specializing in Commercial Transactions, Information and Technology, Intellectual Property, Licensing, Business Development, and Business Strategy, Samantha also managing the company's insurance portfolio. She started her career in the Oil and Gas industry, but her years of experience as a freelance web designer and consultant during her school days led her to seek out a career in the Information and Technology sector.
Samantha has both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations, from the University of British Columbia. She is called to the Bar in both Alberta and British Columbia. She currently resides in Vancouver, B.C.

Steven Spence is SVP of Customer Operations. Steven joined Ntirety in 2006 and has worked out of the Delaware, Texas, and Kentucky offices. Steven is a leader in Operations, helping clients achieve the results they need to be successful in their own businesses. Starting in the Technical Support organization, Steven has worked with many enterprise-level customers focusing on the areas of Customer Success, Onboarding, Security, and Database Administration.
Prior to working at Ntirety Steven worked on creating computer-based training, building websites, and designing 3D models for government contractors, with a focus on first responders. Steven resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife Amber and sons Xander and Lucas.

Tony Scribner, Ntirety's VP of Solution Architecture and Field CTO has been with the company for over 10 years. He has over 30 years of industry experience in infrastructure, managed IT services, software development, telecommunications, and business process optimization.
Prior to joining Ntirety, he served as CTO of a medical startup, Senior Solution Architect at Apparatus and Comsys, and CTO on Kinetic Corporation. He has also held strategic technology positions at GE Aircraft Engines, Litton, Silicon Graphics, and Broadwing/Cincinnati Bell.
Tony is an alumnus of The University of Cincinnati and he resides in Louisville, KY.

Vicki Patten is the Vice President of Channel at Ntirety, a position she's held since the fall of 2022.
Prior to joining Ntirety, Vicki had served as Channel Chief with Rackspace Technology, Vice President of Sales and Marketing with MultiTek Global, and Consulting Sales Manager for Oracle. With over 30 years in the Technology industry, Vicki has extensive experience helping companies solve problems in IT while helping partners grow their business.
Vicki earned her degree from the University of Nebraska and resides in Colorado with her husband.
