Studio Kurē started in the summer of 2013 after I sold my company in telecommunication and made the move from Amsterdam to Rotterdam... While I decided to take a year off after my move, I signed up for a pottery course. I instantly fell in love with all the facets of ceramics and knew I wanted to do something meaningful, true and honest in my next job to follow. I spent weeks, months, years to practice different kind of techniques and soaking up all the knowledge that I could find about pottery.
