Chris Field was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 with a BS in Health Science. He worked at TriHealth as a Health and Fitness Specialist specializing in corporate wellness before joining Omega Financial Group in 2017. He has always had an interest in finance and sees it as an area that many people appreciate guidance.
Chris and his wife have 3 beautiful children and enjoy family activities. He enjoys the outdoor activities and is an avid runner.

Jessica Burt joined the team in August 2018. She is a Cincinnati native. She lived in North Carolina, Kentucky, and Texas before moving back to Cincinnati in 2017. Jessica worked in member services and office management before joining the Omega team. She has a degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
