Hammet Blackwell joined the Panther Creek team in 2019 as an intern, then full-time after earning his B.S. in Forestry from the University of the South in 2020. During his time at the University he served as Vice President of the Sportsmen House and Manager of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Hammet was no stranger to trees even before his studies, working as a laborer and labor foreman in landscaping for more than 5 years. He is a certified commercial pesticide applicator through the TN Department of Agriculture, and a certified burn manager. Hammet is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking.
Beth Wright joined Panther Creek Forestry in 2018 after graduating Cum Laude with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cumberland University, where she was inducted into the Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta. She is crucial to daily operations and keeps all the office staff in line. In her spare time, she likes to shop and keep up with You on Netflix. She is a native of Tennessee but prefers the beaches of the Bahamas.
Carolyn Crouch is the Finance Administrator and all-things-accounting guru. She has made sure that the wheels of Panther Creek run smoothly for more than 10 years, and has more than 3 decades of logistics, management, and finance administration experience. Carolyn has a soft spot for animals, especially rescues, and can often be found with her cats lending a helping hand.
Emily Stefanick has a passion for communication, which, paired with her love of forestry, makes her role as Project Manager a real treat. She takes pride in the planning, ordering, and execution of every job that rolls through the PCF office. From the first phone call to the delivery of an invoice, Emily specializes in asking the right questions to give clients what they need. She currently serves on the Tennessee State Technical Advisory Committee of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and has contributed greatly to the Tennessee Forestry Association over the past 7 years. When asked what she does at Panther Creek, Emily sums it up like this: "I take our foresters' excellent field work and turn it into an excellent product for the client." Emily also specializes in land sales for both recreational and investment-driven clients. When she's not in the office or the field, Emily loves running, acting, cooking, trivia with her husband, and keeping up with her six kiddos. She plans on sleeping when she retires.
Emmett Kunz has been a field forester for Panther Creek Forestry since 2015. Emmett graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Forest Management. Emmett is a second generation forester from Tracy City, TN where he likes to hike and spend time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
