Poinsettia Park is a Florida not-for-profit corporation comprised of resident co-op Share-holders, homeowners, and renters/tenants. The Poinsettia Park Co-op Inc. has a 7 member board of directors, elected by co-op share-holders, that are responsible for the governance of the community. The community homes are comprised of Single 12' and 14' wide units and Double Wide units. It is a mature development of 322 homes. Lots are spacious and maintained by the Park's employees. The community comprises both permanent and seasonal residents from the USA and Canada. Snowbirds come from the United States and Canada. There are no accommodations for RV travelers...
