Ms. Weber has exceptional global experience, managing trademark filings and portfolios spanning over 180 countries to obtain valuable trademark rights for clients and to enforce intellectual property rights against infringers.
Arthur Wellman is a seasoned intellectual property litigator with over 20 years representing both private and public companies, including some of the largest technology companies in the country. Having handled over 15 trials and arbitrations, Mr. Wellman brings his vast experience to Pranger Law PC, where he handles litigation matters at all phases through trial and appeal, with an emphasis on patent infringement actions.
Eugene Hahm has more than 20 years of litigation experience representing national and international clients in complex business and intellectual property disputes in arbitration and in courts throughout the United States. Mr. Hahm focuses on preparing his cases with an early eye towards trial, while striving to develop strategies to favorably resolve the most complex and challenging lawsuits. His clients have included Fortune 50 technology corporations, venture capitalists and their portfolio companies, as well as Internet start-ups and high-wealth individuals. His cases have involved wide-ranging intellectual property disputes over trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and media rights.
Ms. Nevius Abbas helps clients develop and implement their domestic and international trademark registration and policing strategies. She has managed domestic and international portfolios consisting of as many as 5,000 trademarks for clients across diverse industries, including apparel and other consumer goods, lawn and garden, health and fitness, food and beverage, vitamins and dietary supplements, payroll and other financial services, and computer software and hardware. In the area of trademark enforcement, one of her earliest cases involved a raid with the Federal Marshall of a counterfeit establishment in Los Angeles; she also has managed trademark infringement actions before the United States federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. No stranger to the dangers of brand pirating abroad, Ms. Nevius Abbas also has brought successful enforcement actions in a number of foreign jurisdictions including China, Hong Kong, and Korea.

Ms. Nevius Abbas has extensive trademark experience derived from working in both boutique and "big firm" environments, as well as working in-house in a secunded trademark position. Early in her career she represented one of the oldest clothing companies in the United States in protecting its famous brands both in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Pranger Law PC, she worked at Manatt, Phelps, Phillips, LLP, where she served for many years as senior counsel and chair of the trademark prosecution practice of the firm's Northern California trademark group.
Holly Pranger has counseled famous and well-known brand owners her entire career, and she is the trademark lawyer behind many of Silicon Valley's brightest venture-backed companies. Ms. Pranger builds and enforces the rights in leading global trademark and copyright portfolios, often from the very first trademark filing. Her clients have gone on to valuation and acquisition for billions of dollars.
Starting her career in the trademark and entertainment practice of a national law firm, she later founded Pranger Law PC as a trademark boutique, which has since grown into a full-service IP law firm. Serving as the firm's managing partner, she credits her unique and often praised ability to counsel clients in a strategic and efficient manner with the experience that comes from running a business and from being seconded for a period of time with a famous brand's in-house team. This combination of experience as both outside and in-house counsel informs how she delivers pragmatic advice to her clients.
Ms. Pranger has registered and manages thousands of trademark records and prefers to build portfolios with an eye toward enforceability and to align with the client's budget and business needs. Early on, Ms. Pranger cut her teeth in litigation by going to the San Francisco District Attorney's office, under then newly elected District Attorney Kamala Harris, where she dedicated hundreds of hours in court before judges and juries. She has accumulated a long list of trademark and copyright cases litigated before courts and the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board with successful outcomes for her clients. Rounding out her enforcement experience, she has authored and managed thousands of cease and desist efforts, take downs, and UDRP domain name arbitration proceedings, stopping untold violations of her clients' rights and recovering hundreds of business-critical domain names.
In addition, Ms. Pranger counsels on advertising materials and supports client's promotions involving their brands. She has developed a robust practice in promotions and is responsible for legal counsel and drafting of hundreds of sweepstakes, contests, cause marketing efforts, and other consumer engagement calls to action. She helps her clients engage consumers by devising promotions with all manner of prizes, including tickets to special events, clothing, luxury trips, and even a car.

Ms. Austen is a Senior Trademark Paralegal who supports clients in all aspects of worldwide trademark prosecution and enforcement of rights. She has 25 years of experience in intellectual property law, most recently with The Webb Law Firm as well as other recognized, national law firms. Ms. Austen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Bradford School.
Nick Woloszczuk has a decade of experience litigating in California and federal courts across the country. His extensive litigation experience primarily includes intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation, and he has counseled clients on licensing and employment matters as they relate to intellectual property.

Mr. Jakes is a litigation paralegal and holds an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate from City College of San Francisco. He works closely with our litigators supporting all aspects of discovery and motion practice, as well as pre-litigation enforcement efforts such as cease and desist. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Mr. Jakes was the firm's administrative assistant for several years. He spends his free time as a music producer and DJ, keeping the transitions smooth and the music playing at Pranger Law.
Ms. Snyder is a Senior Paralegal, helping to manage the firm's trademark docket and assisting with select projects and portfolios. She has an Advanced Paralegal Certification (ACP) in trademarks and over 20 years of both in-house and law firm trademark paralegal experience.
Ms. Uberoi helps clients create, maintain, and enforce their domestic and international trademark rights. She manages multiple trademark portfolios across diverse industries, including media, technology, social media, software and mobile apps, online and brick-and- mortar retail services, apparel, consumer electronics, medical devices, entertainment, and cosmetics. She has developed and implemented comprehensive IP and brand protection strategies, negotiated and drafted complex agreements, and managed TTAB proceedings.
Ms. Uberoi has extensive trademark experience in both boutique and "big firm" environments, as well as patent litigation and prosecution experience. She also taught Legal Writing as an adjunct professor for several years at USC Gould School of Law and has worked as a bioengineer in the medical device industry.
Ryan Romain works closely with clients to evaluate, develop, and implement strategies for protecting and enforcing their trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad.
