PEARL PILATES

Pearl Pilates Studio offers two distinct, yet complementary, systems of exercise - Pilates & GYROTONIC®. Both systems seek to balance and align the body uniformly with controlled movements and synchronized breathing making them not only really effective forms of exercise, but a mind/body experience... We offer structural integration-informed training in Pilates and GYROTONIC® in either private or semi-private (duos/trios) settings. Our instructors are certified in a range of modalities and work closely with each client to fully customize their training program... It is important to us to spend time answering any questions, discussing your goals and giving you a chance to experience our studio and the Pilates and/or GYROTONIC® systems. We want to help you decide the best plan of action when joining us and how you can get the most out of our studio.
