PERIDOT45

Peridot45 is an Ottawa-based catering company that specializes in bite size dishes for events of 45 people or less. I, Shirley Kouri, founded Peridot45 through my love of great food and entertaining. My goal is to deliver a memorable culinary experience for you and your guests through my uniquely creative style of catering. Cocktail party foods have proven to be difficult to enjoy while balancing a drink or making conversation, but my menus are based around a collection of adorably little, high quality serving dishes that make for the perfect bite sized treats. My menus include something for every taste, as it ranges from soup shooters to shrimp salad served on mini shell plates to quinoa salad and bacon cups cradled in mini spoons. Everything is always fresh and colourful.
