Owner and Co-Founder of ProOptics, Jacque Katsieris has spent her professional life in the eyewear industry and has an extensive and impressive knowledge of international brands and the wants of the Australian Market.
Jacque's key responsibility is to work alongside Ray to develop and set ProOptics strategy and direction.
Much of Jacque's day is spent working with customers, her sales team and business partner talking product, service and making sure ProOptics is continuing to be proactive and relevant in the market.
Kim took over the reigns of running our office in 2015 and we would be lost without her.
She keeps us all on our toes and makes sure our customer service is the best in the industry. Her smiling voice and positive attitude makes our customers happy and feeling loved.
Lee is our LA Eyeworks expert in NZ.
His training as an Optical dispensing technician and 23 experience in retail puts our New Zealand customers in good hands.
Lee is hands on with his customers and runs an amazing Practice in Auckland when he's not selling his divine product.
Michael has hit the ground running with his positive attitude to work and his customers. Along with his sense of humour and style, Michael has very quickly become part of the family.
Michael started his Optical career in Corporate Wholesale, now bringing his knowledge of sales and retail to the ProOptics, loving the more friendly and personal touch of a small independent wholesale business.
Looking after her precious territory of Victoria, SA and Tasmania, Nicola Johnston has been part of the ProOptics family since 2012.
Coming from a dispensing and sales background, Nicola has a vast knowledge of her product. Coupled with the very best service, Nicola is a perfectly accomodating for Customers wanting new and exciting products for their Clients.
