Mr. Rakesh Jha is the co-founder and Director on the board of Proind Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. With around 14+ years of experience working with many well-known companies across the globe, he has gained expertise in the field of Marketing, Sales, Sales Strategy and ERP Implementation & Support. He began his career in the SAP domain at a leading Steel manufacturing company in India. He has gained SAP experience in the manufacturing industry; and was responsible for technical support. He also led training of the end users and internal customers, led the Six Sigma Team and guided as the head of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) team of his function. Mr. Jha also had worked in the Marketing Research and Sales in USA and before returning to India. His areas of expertise included Brand Management, Marketing Communication and Supply Chain. In India, he started working with a start-up founded by one of the leading business houses of Taiwan, where he was responsible for sales of IT products and services. He was also involved in market research for helping out product development team. Later gaining experience in various field, he co-founded Proind along with the other co-founder and lead sales and marketing function. He was responsible for marketing and sales strategy of Proind and helped Proind to become a leading solution provider in the compliance and legal process automation space from 2011 to 2019. He also has a great contribution in identifying the different products and application developed, as well as working on marketing them. Mr. Jha did his MBA from prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA and Computer Engineering from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India. He is a passionate traveller and love reading and painting.

He is qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He is Associate member of Insurance Institute of India (AIII) and certified Information System Auditor (DISA). Mr. Sudhakar Evani worked as an Executive Director for a group comprising Business verticals of Infrastructure, EPC, Resources, Power and Reality with assets of around Rs 30,000 Cr.
