When needed, we bring local operators together with appropriate capital sources to fill a gap in the capital stack and complete the transaction. We have a particular interest in offshore capital, from both institutional and high net worth investors, which is mainly sourced through our London office... We provide analysis of the situation, identify a willing counterparty and propose a structure that meets the client's objectives.
