Anton Cauthorn focuses his practice on assisting his clients with estate planning, tax planning, and probate. Carla Calogero

Carla Calogero focuses her practice on: elder and special needs law; the representation of persons involved in guardianships, probates and trusts; vulnerable adult protective proceedings; TEDRA (Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act) proceedings, and; advance care, end of life, and estate planning. Carla is also regularly appointed by the King County Superior Court to serve as Guardian ad Litem, court- appointed Attorney, or Special Representative for alleged incapacitated persons, adjudicated incapacitated persons, and minors in guardianship, trust, probate and litigation matters. Carla is a past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, and a past Chair of the Guardianship and Elder Law Section of the King County Bar Association. Carla currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sound Generations (formerly known as Senior Services) and on the Washington State Dementia Action Collaborative. Prior to becoming an attorney, Carla was a Seattle public high school biology teacher, as well as a bioethics instructor and curriculum author. She holds a Master's degree in Bioethics from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Education from Western Washington University. Gregory Porter

Gregory Porter is an associate attorney who focuses on litigation. He has conducted jury and bench trials; more than a dozen arbitrations; and numerous mediations. Jason W. Burnett

Jason Burnett primarily focuses his practice on litigation matters with an emphasis on real estate, probate, trust and will litigation. Jason also has significant experience in business law matters and dedicates part of his practice to representing businesses in transactions as well as litigation. An accomplished and practical litigator, Jason Burnett works to resolve clients' legal problems from beginning to end. Joshua Reinertson

Joshua Reinertson is an Associate Attorney with Reed Longyear. His practice focuses primarily on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related tax issues. Joshua enjoys working closely with clients to develop estate plans that embody Reed Longyear's tenets of "proactive planning" and "sensible solutions." Joshua has experience drafting wills and trusts which implement client goals, whether the goals are general, such as reducing tax liabilities to preserve wealth for future generations, or whether the goals are specific, such ensuring that estate assets are used to set up scholarship endowments. Joshua Reinertson received his law degree from Seattle University School of Law, from which he graduated with honors. While in attendance, Joshua excelled in classes dealing with diverse areas of law, however he quickly developed a passion for estate planning. In order to provide clients with refined level of service-and to further his understanding of the technical tax issues involved in estate planning-he attended the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Washington School of Law, where he studied tax law applicable to trusts, estates, retirement accounts, and business entities. Joshua received in Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington in 2019. Prior to joining Reed Longyear, Joshua Reinertson was a legal extern for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity office. There, he gained experience related to the enforcement of anti-discrimination laws and worked on negotiating settlements of discrimination claims. She has managed numerous complex litigation cases in both family and contract law and has established a beverage law practice, assisting local distributors and suppliers with various issues, from defending statutory protections to negotiating contracts. Prior to law school, Kristin Kelly worked as a legal professional in an array of practice areas, including personal injury, criminal defense, and construction contracts & lien law. Kristin Kelly was admitted to the Washington State Bar after obtaining her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2015, after completing her third year as a visiting student at Berkeley Law. While in law school, Kristin interned for the Racial Disparity Project and the ACLU of Washington, where she gained experience in defending civil rights through criminal law, civil legal proceedings, the legislative process, and the collective bargaining process in public interest labor law. When the weather in Seattle permits, Kristin loves to hike and camp with her family or work in her garden. In the other 9 months of the year, she reads and practices yoga.
