Alanna was born in Oregon and spent her early years in South Lake Tahoe. She has spent the last 20 years in beautiful Mukilteo, WA with her husband. Starting her career as a licensed cosmetologist, she soon discovered the world of aesthetics. Since then, Alanna has worked in plastic and cosmetic surgical centers. She is thrilled to be a part of RejuvenationMD and loves not only the customized approach we take with each and every patient but also the exceptional quality of treatments we offer. When she is not helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and discovering new adventures. When the weather is just right, you will find her out on the golf course.
Deborah Fox is a Registered Nurse Injector with over 10 years of injecting and aesthetics experience. She is considered one of Dallas' most sought after injectors because of her ability to seamlessly enhance natural beauty. In Texas, she worked as the Lead Injector and Aesthetics Director. Her favorite procedures are dermal fillers, she especially enjoys working with the lips. Deborah feels very fortunate to have found RejuvenationMD and is excited to work with our state-of-the-art treatments and our incredibly caring team.
Originally from Brazil, where aesthetics is constantly evolving, Deborah moved from Texas to Ferndale to be closer to her grandkids and family. She loves spending time gardening and she also takes her aesthetic experience into pottery, spending most of her free time at her home pottery studio.
Dr. Kerry Day-Krusniak is credentialed in Family Practice and trained in Aesthetic treatments. She has been with RMD for 6 years and in the industry for 15. Procedures she specializes in are Botox®, fillers, diVa® Vaginal Therapy and more. She was raised in Michigan and attended Michigan State University prior to completing medical school at American University of the Caribbean. After finishing her residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center, she practiced Family Medicine for six years. With a passion for skincare, and following advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine, she opened the "Newday Med Spa" in Northern Michigan. Dr. Day-Krusniak is married to Dr. Jeff Krusniak, an orthopedic surgeon, and they are the proud parents of two teenage sons. In August of 2014 the Krusniaks decided to make a major change and moved to the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Day-Krusniak loves to run and bike with family and friends.
Dr. Monira Vakil is prized by her patients because of her wonderful bedside manner, great listening skills and because of the wonderful care takes of them. She is known for her attention to detail and keen eye for choosing the right modality. Dr. Vakil specializes in Sculptra®, PDO threads, filler and Botox®. Her interest in skin rejuvenation began after she spent time with a cosmetic dermatologist in Florida, which led her to pursue training from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. She grew up in Seattle and following graduation from Smith College in Massachusetts, spent two years volunteering her time, and traveling in North Africa and Europe. She attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in California and completed her residency in Brooklyn, NY. She returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2009 and has worked in the local area as an Emergency Medicine Physician. She has been a highly-respected member of the RMD Physician team for 7 years and when not working, is busy with her two daughters and husband. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family, near and far.

Dr. Tianna Tsitsis (a.k.a, Dr. T) is a triple board-certified physician who specializes in non-surgical aesthetics. Board certified in Aesthetic Medicine, Internal Medicine, as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Dr. T has over 20 years of medical experience and brings her expertise in skin care and wellness solutions to Skagit, Whatcom, and Washington's North Sound area.
A native of Glenview, Illinois, she attended Pennsylvania State University before earning her Medical Degree at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Returning to Illinois, Dr. Tsitsis completed her residency at the McGaw Center of Northwestern University before moving to the Skagit Valley in 1998. Dr. T and her team of aesthetic providers are dedicated to helping their patients look and feel their best.
When she is not working, Dr. Tsitsis enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. An avid fitness enthusiast; her hobbies include skiing, running, swimming, and biking.
Eden Nafziger was born and raised in small town outside of Philadelphia to a large family. While she's new to the PNW, she brings 4 years of experience in the medical field to RejuvenationMD, including work as a surgical technologist as well as over 10 years in customer service. She loves helping people feel and look their best. She is particularly excited to learn and grow in nonsurgical aesthetics, especially after her time in the surgical world. When she's not helping patients, she loves traveling, exploring the outdoors, and playing soccer, a sport she has played throughout her life including at the collegiate level. Additionally, she enjoys the finer things in life such as music, art, and indulging in good coffee and food (namely ice cream!).
Julene Beeson is originally from Northern California. She started practicing holistic aesthetics in 2003, then moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 to study laser theory and physics. She holds esthetician licenses in all three states on the west coast, in addition to master esthetician licenses in both Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining RejuvenationMD, Julene worked with naturopaths, dermatologists, managed a laser clinic, was a clinical trainer for a laser company and taught laser theory and application. In her personal time Julene enjoys going to all kinds of events in her community here in Bellingham. She's been dancing Argentine Tango for over 10 years, loves to travel and enjoys doing comedy improv.
Kailyn Baker was born and raised on San Juan Island. After struggling with her own skin problems, she found her passion for skin care and the science behind it. She is dedicated to helping her patients understand why their skin is the way it is, educating them on the steps that need to be taken for their skin dreams to come true and how to keep up with their personalized regime. It is Kailyn's goal to help each and every one of her patients feel confident in their own skin. Kailyn is thankful and excited to be working here at RejuvenationMd, furthering her education and expanding her knowledge in skin care with state of the art technology. In her free time Kailyn loves to garden, hangout with her dog Buster, learn new crafts, be outside, bake and spend quality time with friends and family.
Mackenzy Petit, or Kenzy, was born and raised in Snohomish County. Her love for aesthetics began early in her adolescent years as she experimented with makeup and skin care. But, her passion for the industry grew when she experienced her friends and clients benefiting from improved confidence after their skin care appointments. In September 2022, Kenzy earned her license as a Master Esthetician and then took courses to become a licensed phlebotomist. She is proud to be part of the RMD family where she looks forward to learning and growing in the field of aesthetics.
When she's not at work, Kenzy is going to concerts, playing guitar, baking, drawing, hanging out with her cats (Cordelia & Valentine), and spending time with family.
Michele was raised in Skagit County and is thrilled to be part of the RejuvenationMD team. Since graduating from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in 2010, Michele worked as a Master Esthetician in both clinical and holistic settings. She has managed a medical spa, and worked for an Aesthetics marketing start-up based in Seattle.
Michele is passionate about providing unparalleled patient care and advocating for tailored treatment programs that achieve optimal results. She's excited to be a part of RejuvenationMD's team of experts, promoting the specialized services and state-of-the-art technology that all the RejuvenationMD locations have to offer.
When she's not meeting with RejuvenationMD patients - Michele enjoys riding her horses, traveling, interior design, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
Michelle Moen was born in California but moved to the Evergreen State at a young age. She brings over 25 years of administrative support and HR experience to the team. Her eye for detail and desire to invest in her skin drew her to the aesthetic world. She joined RejuvenationMD first as a patient and enjoys researching the many procedures offered. When she isn't reconciling numbers, she loves spending time with family and friends.
Misty Lee Dion Thomas is a mother of 3 and a proud grandmother of one. She was born in Phoenix, AZ. but raised in Kansas. She has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years. A master licensed esthetician for the past 8 years with an emphasis in holistic esthetics, her passion for a whole-body approach brings a unique perspective to RejuvenationMD. After Misty graduated from Evergreen Beauty College, she was invited into a prominent Wellness Center in Mill Creek where she shared her love and passion for holistic medicine and integrative treatments to achieve optimal results for her patients. Misty has extensive knowledge in skin analysis, treatment plans, lasers, peels and all of our in-office procedures. In her spare time, she values her friends and family, nature walks, traveling abroad, good food and outdoor concerts.
Olivia was born and raised in Bellingham. She graduated from Evergreen Beauty College in 2020 and started her own business as a licensed esthetician. She loved running Agape Esthetics for two years but was excited for change and a chance to experience another side of the skincare industry at RejuvenationMD. Olivia loves everything about the skincare world and is passionate about helping others boost their confidence. In her free time she enjoys being with her husband, family, and pets.
Tammy Schmidt is a married mother of two. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, working for her family's business in the gift industry for over 20 years. During that time, she cultivated her customer service skills. Although RejuvenationMD and the aesthetics industry are a whole new field for her, she couldn't be more excited to join the team. In her spare time, she likes spending time with family and friends and she loves to travel.
Taylor's interest in aesthetics was sparked by her own struggle with acne during her late teen years. She graduated Evergreen Beauty College as a licensed Master Esthetician and is passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin. Taylor is delighted to be part of RejuvenationMD's wonderful culture. She particularly loves doing facials and working with today's advanced lasers. As a Washington native, Taylor loves spending time outdoors with her animals and tapping into her creativity by cooking and painting. She's also very passionate about music and has been an avid piano player since she was young.
