Kendra J. Geiger Hagen

Kendra Geiger Hagen has focused her career on the practice of family law. After graduating from high school in St. James, Minnesota, Kendra attended Winona State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in the paralegal program. Following graduation from WSU, Kendra worked for a law firm in St. Cloud as a paralegal developing a solid reputation for professionalism, meticulous case management and documentation, thorough preparation, and exceptional knowledge of the law. After three years as a paralegal, Kendra attended law school at the University of North Dakota. While attending law school, Kendra worked as a Guardian ad Litem with the North Dakota Guardian ad Litem Project as an advocate for abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system. Kendra returned to St. Cloud to practice family law in 2003 and has successfully been representing clients in Central Minnesota and the Twin Cities ever since. Kendra represents clients in all aspects of family law including marriage dissolution, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody and stepparent adoptions. Kendra also assists clients with the negotiation and preparation of cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and post-nuptial agreements. In addition to her role as attorney, Kendra works as a mediator, parenting time expeditor and parenting consultant. As a neutral, Kendra facilitates positive, sustainable, and child-focused outcomes, and, in every role, Kendra is focused on finding out-of-the-box solutions that work for each individual family. Kendra joined PCG Law in 2018. In her free time, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and relaxing at the family cabin.

Ross Montgomery grew up in West Fargo, North Dakota and attended Minnesota State University of Moorhead where he played collegiate football. Ross then attended law school at the University of North Dakota. He was elected a member of the Order of the Barristers for his exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, one of nine students recognized for this distinction. Ross's broad range of experience started at the Fargo Public Defender's office and expanded to writing appellate arguments for a private law firm in Fargo, ND. He then served at the Cook County State Attorney's Office Felony Trial Division in Chicago, Illinois where he represented the State in felony drug cases. Ross has gained experience from a reputable private firm in St. Cloud, Minnesota, representing individuals in criminal, child protection and family law cases. Ross joined PCG Law in 2020 and practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and child protection. Ross enjoys spending his free time with his family and Wife, at the lakes and traveling. Ross is a member of the Stearns Benton Bar Association, Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Ross has assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining fair and just outcomes to their cases. Ross prides himself in providing effective and caring representation to his clients.

Russell R. Cherne

Russell R. Cherne graduated from Albany high school in 1993 and has been a life long resident of Central Minnesota, with the exception of attending law school at the University of North Dakota. After growing up on a dairy farm and learning the meaning of hard work and dedication, Russ went to law school in order to help people during those times in their lives when they need an attorney. Russ practices in the areas of family law including divorce, paternity, custody, child support and adoptions as well as criminal defense, business litigation, elder law and estate planning (wills, probate, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and powers of attorney), employment law (contracts, dispute avoidance, litigation and litigation avoidance) as well as personal injury. Russ loves helping people, spending time with his children and family, hunting, fishing and no longer milking cows.
