Bernard is a trained and qualified vocational school principal in China (PRC) and is also a registered and certified employment intermediary (CEI-KAH) with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM). He is consulted by many multi-national companies in Singapore, Malaysia, and China on matters related to recruitment, staffing, employees' compensation, and training.
Mr. Bernard has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources area in big companies mainly in manufacturing field. He has good knowledge in handling employee and industrial relations and re-organization.
He has founded the company with Mechel in 1987 and since then he has been an advisor to many Small Medium Enterprise and Multinationals.
Ms. Mechel graduated from UK and did her post-graduation qualification in Singapore specializing in Industrial Health and Hygiene.
Mr. Nai Kheng Wah graduated from University of Singapore with a Degree in Business Administration. He has a total of 18 years' experience in operations overseeing various departments in a Japanese MNC. He has a proven track record in improving performance through achieving business efficiency.
Ms. Chua Tien Sin graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology. She has a total of 15 years' working experience in HR and administrative function. She has been providing HR advisory to clients and payroll administration of internal stakeholders.
Ms. Ho Li Tien graduated from University of Bradford with Bachelor of Science in Computing with Management. She has joined Reveres since 2004 as a Business Development Manager, providing HR advisory, HR Systems Setups and Processes Implementation for Clients.
