Amruta Panchal joined us in 2002 after completing her Electrical Engineering from Shri KJ Polytechnic College, Bharuch.
Resilience and commitment have been hallmarks of Amruta Panchal, which is evident in the way she has been with Royal for the last 18 years.
Amruta has been a key team member at Royal, she has served my roles in the Sales & Service Department, and Customer & Technical Support. Her experience in the field of Electronics & Electrical Instruments has enabled her to take on any challenge in Marketing & Institutional Tendering of any size.
Having completed her education with NSS College, Kerala, Bency Sam did ITC Stenography and has worked with M. MohsinIsraeli & Associates, Supreme Court of India, Delhi as an Office Assistant. She has also worked with different companies like EMGEES Investment, Jay Sale Corporation, and Sheth Brothers.
Bency Sam, also known as Annamma Samuel, has been an integral part of the our team. She was one part of the core team members when Royal Electronics Sales & Services was founded and has seen the company through what comes our way with her tireless dedication.
ER. Chintan S. Kharva did his Diploma Engineer Certificate in Electronics and Communication from Sigma Institute of Technology and later completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Government Engineering College, Bharuch. Right after completing his BE, Chintan joined Royal in 2016.
Having completed his basic education, Gurusharanbhai C. Patel worked with Vidhyut Khatu, Jayman Industries and Jay Sales before joining us at Royal.
Backed with experience of over a decade, Gurusharanbhai C. Patel, also known as Govind kaka joined Royal Electronics Sales & Services in 2007 and has been with us since then. He is manages our equipment inventory, checking incoming and outgoing equipment meticulously and even delivering materials along with our Engineers.
Meena R. Panchal completed her Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government, Polytechnic, Bhuj and Diploma in IT from ITI, Vadodara before she joined us at Royal.
Meena has been taking care of our administration needs as well as proving technical assistance and support since the last decade. Her passion for perfection and positive attitude has always been a source of inspiration for many. She keeps order in our office and our processes with flair.
Neel Patel did his BE from Parul University of Electronics & Communication and worked in the IT field for the six years, constantly learning new things about his field during his varied stints and later joined us at Royal.
When he joined us at Royal, Neel learned something new every day and later blended with the team so well that he no longer perceives himself as an employee but a family member. Neel has learned a lot from his seniors like Chintan, Tejas and the most experienced, Mr. Rajesh Chauhan from whom he learned the skills of marketing. He has always felt humbled by the fact that Mrs. Mala Patel, the Founder of Royal gave him an opportunity of being part of this RESS family.
Roshni has always been diligent in approaching data collection and presentation and has been an important part of the entire Royal family. She is responsible for administration tasks, along with providing assistance for the team when needed. He attention to detail and never-say-no attitude has made her a perfect fit for us.
With a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from MS University, Vadodara, Rajesh Chauhan started as a Sales Engineer in IT and Computer Hardware. Later, he worked with Canon Printer when they launched the Bubble Jet Technology. While working during this time, Rajesh completed his PGDBM in Marketing Management.
In 1998, Rajesh met Mr. Narendra Patel and Mrs. Mala Patel, and this was a turning point in Rajesh's life. Post this meeting, under the able guidance of Mrs. Mala Patel, he started out as a Sales Executive for Rishabh Instruments, Nashik to market the newly launched Digital Multi-meter. He explored industrial areas right from Ankleshwar to Nadiad. At this point, in 2001, Mrs. Mala Patel launched Royal Electronics Sales and Services (RESS) and Rajesh Chauhan has been with Royal right from that day.
The major breakthrough of Rajesh's career was the Purchase Order worth more than 5 Lakh from CVM ITI, V.V. Nagar in 2001. He received the Best Sales Engineer Award from Scientech Technology Pvt. Ltd., Indore that year and till 2005, he entrenched the name of Royal as a quality equipment and solution provider in setting up labs in the educational sector to almost all the Universities, Engineering Institutes, Science Colleges and Technical Institutes in Gujarat.
A management graduate with a Master's Degree in Finance from SGPIMS, Dharmaj Gujarat Technological University, Roshni Patel had experience in administration and marketing when she joined us at Royal.

Tejas Patel, a Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering began his journey with Royal Electronics Sales & Services in 2004 as an engineer who looked after the electrical machine lab panels, electrical switchgears and protection lab panels.
Tejas Patel honed his marketing and communication skills as he worked with Rajesh Chauhan and was mentored by Mrs. Mala Patel. His role also included installing and demonstrating lab products. With time and experience in the field he morphed into the General Manager, technical at Royal. In 2016, Tejas bagged an order of export to Nigeria. In 2018, he received an ADB funded turnkey project at Meghalaya, which he executed independently, completing the project on time, and earning wide appreciation from the Directorate office.
