S & L Welding was born out of an attitude of discipline by its proprietor Simeon Gardiner (who was a marine for more than ten years, a PADI dive master for 19 years and a trained underwater welder by the U.S. Navy in 1990). His past experiences has given him the determination to get things done and has taught him what it takes to deliver quality work that surpasses expectations...
