Smart Start Montessori had its humble beginnings over 35 years ago, in Elizabeth Abbott's living room. Since then, it has evolved into a modern purpose-built early childhood centre operating a full-day specialised preschool programme from 9am-4pm. We also offer before care (8.30am-9am) and aftercare (4pm-5pm). Our centre is licensed for 40 children in which we accommodate two light filled spacious rooms of 20 mixed age children from 2 to 6 years old, to create a calm and nurturing learning environment, a home away from home for our tamariki... Provides an expansive range of educational kinaesthetic activities that meet the learning and developmental needs of each child while extending..
