Housed in a warehouse in an industrial park in West Albany, Schott's Boxing's goal is to give you the best possible workout using modern training techniques with an old school touch... We pride ourselves on teaching real boxing skills to give each person a realistic boxing experience without the contact. Defense, footwork and combination punching are all emphasized while also giving you an unbelievable workout... We work with men, women, and children of all different skill and fitness levels. Members can start as early as age 10 and we have some members in their 70's. Stop by and try us out!
