SOFTAID is having its office at 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor on "Commerce House", a Commercial Complex in the heart of the city near FIRAYALAL having an office area of 1800 Sq. feet fully designed and equipped with state of the art computers & supporting peripherals. In house facility exits for application development under DOS, and Windows platform. The development tools that are generally used are Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, VB.Net and FoxPro for DOS and SQL & Access are generally used as back end database engine. SOFTAID is having its Hardware Workshop in 430 Sq. Feet Area and 200 Sq. Feet Warehouse at 2nd Floor of same Commercial Complex as well. SOFTAID believes that user-friendly software package are not good enough they ought to be natural in behavior to such an extent that a lay man is also able to operate the package in normal way to his manual methods.
