SIMPLE VITALITY

Owner of a chiropractic clinic named Simple Vitality from 2005 to 2021 in Victoria, British Columbia. Among her clients were young mothers recovering from delivery, mothers with older children trying to maintain an active lifestyle, athletes such as triathletes, cyclists, runners and yoga practitioners... She uses applied kinesiology "AK" technique as one of a diagnostic tool for her chiropractic treatments. AK is a neuromusculoskeletal testing technique, which allows a more unified view of the body's functioning by screening the body's base muscle function, joint work, neurological function, visceral reflexes, biochemical and even the emotional side of the body.
